Our Philosophy on Returns and/or Exchanges – We want you to be happy ordering from our site and we shall make every effort to obtain that goal and make your order correct.


If WE messed up on your order, or if the items(s) were damaged or defective, notify us ASAP (by calling 1-800-94-ARBOR) and we will email you a prepaid label for the return and ship out the correct items. All you must do is package the incorrect items in a box along with a copy of your original invoice and set it out for pick up by the carrier.

If YOU messed up and ordered the wrong item(s), notify us ASAP and we will work with you to get you the correct item(s) sent out to you and your method of payment will be charged. Once you return the incorrect items (you pay the freight) with a copy of your original invoice, and we determine the items have NOT been used, do not show any signs of wear, and the item’s original packaging is included, we will credit your payment method or give you store credit, whichever is your preference.

NOTE: A 15% restocking fee shall be charged on items that we cannot verify the original purchase, or if you have just changed your mind and no longer want the item(s).


Wrong Size or Wrong Color and you want to EXCHANGE an item? Give us call at 1-800-94-ARBOR to see if we have exactly what you want and we will send it out for you. Your payment method will be charged but as soon as you return the wrong item(s) and it is determined to be unused, in like-new condition, along with the original item packaging, we will credit your original payment method less the shipping charge.


Items that cannot be returned: Special Order Items, orders that have gone beyond the 30 days of purchase, non-standard lengths of rope ordered, laser pointers, used equipment parts, electronic parts or items that have been used, or that show wear. Also, Fuel powered equipment that has had fuel and/or oil put in it are NOT returnable.
