Orders that are received before 2pm M-F will be shipped out the same day. Any backorders (or Special Orders) will be shipped as soon as the items are received by us.
Rates
When we do have to charge shipping, we shall always try to choose the lowest shipping and handling fees regardless of your order size and location. Orders will be shipped using UPS Ground or USPS carriers, whichever has the best fees.
Requests for “Next Day” or other “Special” delivery methods are not part of the” Free Shipping” program and shall be paid by the customer. We do NOT ship orders “COD”.
Heavy, Oversized, or Large Orders (Do NOT qualify for FREE shipping)
The price of heavy or large orders will vary depending on the weight of the items and your shipping zone. Items that are considered heavyweight or oversized are items such as (but not limited to) cable, cabling equipment, rope, rope products, large quantities of stump grinder teeth and/or pockets, poles, pole pruners or pole saws, or large equipment etc. and are subject to UPS regulations. The shipping cost will be higher than normal shipping, and the cost will be calculated based on your shipping zone.
On orders that do not meet UPS regulations, we may be required to use a trucking company. You will be contacted by our staff with the cost prior to the order being shipped.
