Need maximum cutting capacity? The blade and unit have been designed to provide the best cutting leverage and durability. Recommended for the hardest long-reach pruning jobs. Drop forged blades provide better cutting leverage and stay sharp longer while hard chrome plating on the blades resists rust and sap. Bigger leaning blade with thicker arm provides extra strength and durability. The pipe has a blind nut in order to firmly secure the new stop screw. A new stronger inner rod at the drum extends the life of the pruner.

Specifically designed for all-day use, these LongReach™ pruners are super lightweight. The 180 (razor edge) is a bypass pruner head. The high carbon tool steel blades are Marquench hardened to hold their edge cut after cut. Blades are hard chrome plated for rust and sap resistance. The arm rotates over 180 degrees allowing you to turn the blade, not the handle, for easy use and pinpoint accuracy. These have become a favorite for water gardening; the blades, aluminum pole, and zinc alloy rod are all rust-resistant.

Perfectly balanced for ease of use and accuracy, these poles are light and maneuverable and provide sharp and accurate precision pruning at heights that would otherwise require a ladder. The lightweight yet sturdy aluminum pole telescopes for pruning at different heights. The die-cast aluminum handle is ergonomically designed for continued use and has a non-slip coating. A single-operation lever enables simple telescoping operation.
